Advanced Freediver Certification (3-day) The SSI Advanced Freediver program takes you deeper! In this 3-day program, you will learn the skills and techniques to take you from 66-99 ft (20-30 Meters) and will give you the ability to train to 115 ft (35 meters) before taking the Performance Freediver Course. Program: Online Course & Exam Skill Briefs Daily Breathing and Stretching Sessions 2 Confined Water Sessions 4 Open Water Sessions What you will need: * 3mm Wetsuit * Low Volume Freediving Mask & Snorkel * Freediving Fins * Swimsuit * Sandals / Flipflops * Towel * Change of Clothes * Lunch / Snacks * Water (Dehydration prevents equalization) What we will bring: * Dive Buoy System * Additional Lanyards * Breathup Noodles Student Prerequisites: * Freediver Certification * 6 Logged Dives * Minimum age: 15 years old What comes from certification? The ability to be a valuable dive buddy. (I.E. Safety and performing deep rescue) Ability to take the Performance Freediver course and the Training Techniques specialty. Ability to Train to 35m/115ft. Internationally recognized cert. for training sessions, spearfishing trips, vacation activities, or transfer to any school for advanced classes.
