Freedive Northwest Arkansas offers classes and training sessions, instructing students how to tap into and strengthen their own innate breath-holding potential, called the Mammalian Dive Reflex. 

Freediving, also known as Apnea Diving, allows humans to swim to incredible depths on just a single breath.
